1.Return and Refund policy
1.1 All products purchased at BNS Beauty are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for the products do not match your order or defective products only.
1.2 Customers must verify all the information, including but not limited to product brand and price carefully before placing order.
2. Exchange items
2.1 Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to the appearance or whether all accessories are delivered.
2.2 If you believe that your product does not match your order or is defective, please contact us via WhatsApp message (+852 6883 1332) or email (bnsbnsbeauty@gmail.com), to request for an exchange.
2.3 We might request for photos and/or videos of the product.
2.4 The product exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted over 24 hours after invoice issued date;
- Not purchased at BNS Beauty (www.bnsbeauty.com)
- The product is not in complete packing or not in good condition, it should be included all accessories, user guides and official purchase invoice.
- Product is not in 100% original condition, or has been used
- Product is damaged,due to improper usage or incorrect operation, such as: scratched, defaced, incomplete or contains any trace of water damage.
- All gift items must be returned with the product. Otherwise it has to charge back the gift value.
- The reason of personal preference only, such as color difference, i do not like it, etc.
- Special offer products and gifts are not exchangeable.
3.Dispute
3.1 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.
3.2 In case of dispute,MGJ Beauty reserves the rights for final decision.
